lisa asked me last night whether i was nervous to have the house inspected.

"no," i said. "wait... yes. i mean, no. well, yeah, a little, i guess. but not really."

i've done a lot of work on this house and feel confident that it is in MUCH better shape than the way i found it. and i know of nothing wrong with the house, so i feel confident in that regard.

but having an inspector crawl all over the place looking for flaws... well, he'll probably find something, right? so i'm a little nervous about what he might discover.

i just told carolyn that if she were a stranger, i probably wouldn't be anxious at all. but given that she's a friend, i really want to make sure that everyone is happy.
