charo!

charlotte is here! charlotte is here! she's in town ostensibly for a wedding, but turned the trip into an almost week-long visit so we could play and have fun.

i wish i had thought to blog this a few days ago; she scheduled her arrival to coincide with divaville. she was on the air with me last night, just like old times. we had a blast, and i cannot tell you how many portland listeners are now in love with charlotte. that southern accent (and sass!) are incredibly charming.

we're going to tony starlight's tonight, and will see MIA on friday. the rest of the time, though? who knows? the 24 hour church of elvis? the velveteria? of course!
